Each week, the story will continue. It will be like a radio drama for words. It has been three months sice the battle of Hoth. The Rebel Alliance is scattered, and are struggling to find a new home. In deep space, the alliance frigate 'Force' eludes an Imperial Star Destroyer. On the bridge of the frigate, Captain Joleum nearly falls to the ground after a laser blast makes a direct hit. "Get those shields up, leutenent." At a console, Leutenent Dryle struggles at his controls. "Yes, sir." Joleum looks at the main viewscreen of the frigate. "Reverse angle, Dryle." The stars switch to the star destroyer advancing towards them. The begin to fire rapidly again. "prepare for impact,"The captain ordered. The lime green blaster bolts struck the smaller frigate with precise targeting skill. The entire ship lurched to one side. A computer panel burst into flames, hurtling Dryle across the bridge. The captain immediately took the tactical position. Joleum spoke into a comm panel. "This is Captain Joleum. All hands abandon ship. Take only what you can carry to get away from the attacking Star Destroyer." Joleum paused for a second. "Commander Tran, assemble the fighters in the hanger. Prepare for an offensive attack." Meanwhile, below deck, Commander Auril Tran smiled. At last, Tran thought, the waits over. Tran strapped into his orange flight suit, and headed for the hanger. To be Continued... | |||||||||||||||||
